By filling out this application I understand that:
-I am expected to have my gear to it's fullest potential at all times.
-After receiving new gear I have until the next raid to have it fully gemmed/enchanted and ready for use. I will not bid on items unless I am prepared to use it to it's fullest potential.
-I am expected to research boss encounters before I get to them so that I am already knowledgeable on the fight as to not hold back my other guild members.
-I will undergo a 3 week trial period where my gear bids are only accepted after all other members have passed on that gear.
-After 3 weeks of 100% attendance (or excused absence) I will apply (in the appropriate thread) for full membership. At that time I have full access to tabs 1 and 2 to donate and withdrawal any items in these tabs. (This is put in so people know they can use the bank!)
