It helps me know when is the more optimal time to use my cooldowns. At the start of the fight you'll see the big green Ghoul button that tells me now is the best time to use my ghoul, etc. The big red diagram in the middle that appears occasionally lets me know both Rime and Killing Machine have proc'd which has a very high priority and the only priority higher is to make sure Frost Fever is up.
